It’s time to check your heating system functionality

At Warmth NZ, we understand the importance of ensuring that your heating system is functioning properly.

If you experience any difficulty or require any assistance with changing the time on your heating controller, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Our team will be more than happy to provide you with suitable video instructions or guide you through the process over the phone or even in person, if necessary.

Reset your time on the controller

  • For those of you with a controller that’s not connected to WIFI, we’d like to remind you that with a shift in Daylight Savings, you’ll need to adjust the time on your heating controller.

  • For those of you who use a wireless version, now is a good time to replace the batteries, and check that the programming has been set to your satisfaction. For any questions or info on how to do this, please do get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to assist.

Pre-winter heat pump maintenance

While an annual service isn’t obligatory, in order to provide you with peace of mind we offer pre-winter maintenance. This is to ensure your outdoor heat pump is kept in good condition and appearance (especially for the Stainless-Steel Units), as well as clean up the drainages. Please feel free to email service@warmth.nz for this service and our friendly team will schedule a time with you.

Just a quick note: please keep in mind that the work we can provide and the time it takes to complete it will depend on the condition of your units. To help us accurately scope the work and cost before our visit, we kindly ask you to send us a few photos of your unit. This will allow us to assess the situation and provide you with the best possible service.
