Step 1: Switching the heat pump from heating to cooling (heating + hot water to cooling + hot water) at the heat pump controller
Step 2: Room thermostat to heating to cooling

What is the heat pump controller and where is it?
A heat pump controller is normally located in the manifold cupboard or cylinder cupboard (if you have heat pump hot water with us as well).
What’s a thermostat and where is it?
A thermostat is what you use to set the room temperature, some versions you can operate via a phone app.
